Consumer Spotlight Story Continued...

Consumer Spotlight Michael, shown with teacher Mr. Allen in the photo, received a medal for graduating with a cumulative GPA of 3.521, which ranked him 30th in a class of 285.

Michael attended many events leading up to his graduation, beginning with the prom at the Greeley Country Club on April 24 which he attended with his friend Stacy. They were both dressed in their finest clothes and had dinner at the Texas Road House before the prom.

On May 10, Michael went to Memories Night for seniors where they had a nice presentation and slide show before handing out year books. On May 20, the last day of school, Northridge High School held the right of passage for seniors which Michael enjoyed. On May 21, Michael participated in graduation practice, and on May 22, Michael got up very early to prepare for the graduation ceremony. Although he was excited about graduating, he said he would miss all his friends and teachers.

After the graduation ceremony, many of Michael’s friends from church, Friendship Club, school, and various people he knew throughout his life came to his house to help him celebrate. He and everyone had a wonderful time.

With his graduation gift money, Michael purchased a tricycle and lock, puzzles, and other items of interest. All of us associated with Imagine! congratulate Michael on his achievements and wish him great success in life. He certainly has built a solid foundation for that.
